How these figures are worked out
Weights come from the technical data sheets: the gross weight of each unit multiplied by the number of units. Carton and pallet tare are not included, because the data sheets do not state them — expect roughly 20–25 kg more per loaded pallet. The stacking is calculated from the carton dimensions on a 120 × 100 cm pallet with 200.6 cm of usable height: cartons are laid across the floor of a layer, different products sharing a layer where there is room, and layers are packed on until the next will not fit. Treat these as planning figures and confirm the final loading with WEICAR.
